After a huge blockbuster opening at the theatres, the Salman Khan starrer Tiger Zinda Hai shines again on the second day. According to data, the new release already collected a huge total of Rs. 69.40 crores, till Saturday. However, the semi-holiday Saturday booked the most tickets which add up to Rs. 35.30 crores, across the nation.
Day 1 earnings – Rs. 33.75 crores
Day 2 earnings – Rs. 35.30 crores
What do the market analysts say about the success of the film?
Adding to the success of the film, trade analysts are also hoping for the better results. Trade analyst, Taran Adarsh expressed that the film is sure to hit more extraordinary numbers on Sunday, continuing through Monday.
The huge advance booking on Monday is sure a spectacle to watch. The festive days 24th December and 25th December both seem to have large head counts on the occasion of Christmas Eve followed by Christmas.
The record of superhit movie, Dhoom 3 starring Aamir Khan has already been beaten by the Salman-Katrina starrer Tiger Zinda Hai.
After receiving the huge positive response from the audience, the director and crew showed their gratitude. Director Ali Abbas Zafar said in an interview that he was highly thankful towards the audience for such great response and also said that the success totally goes to the entire cast and crew. He expressed that the amazing response shows that the film managed to meet the expectation of the people from Salman Khan’s movies.
